<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having good charge transporting property and high crack resistance and containing a specific furan derivative in a surface layer of a photosensitive layer. <P>SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoreceptor has at least a photosensitive layer on a conductive support, and contains a furan derivative expressed by general formula (1) in a surface layer of the photosensitive layer. In the formula, Ar<SB POS="POST">1</SB>and Ar<SB POS="POST">2</SB>each represents an aryl group which may have a substituent, and R<SB POS="POST">1</SB>represents an alkylene group having 1 to 6 carbon atoms. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
