摘要

When functional p53 is expressed in cancer even though the cancer develops SAC dysfunction, a CENP-E inhibitor is effective as a therapeutic agent for the cancer. The sensitivity of cancer to an CENP-E inhibitor can be determined by determining whether or not the cancer develops abnormality in SAC function and determining whether or not functional p53 is expressed in the cancer.
