An improved self-cleaning filter for clothes washing machines includes a triple access tubular body, in other words, it has a nozzle connected to the washing tub's flow duct, a duct connected to the wash water recirculation piping and another duct connected to the wash water drainage piping. Each re-circulation and drainage duct has an electropump which acts in alternated way, one to the other. A flexible basket is installed inside the tubular body, in cross-sectional form related to the longitudinal direction of the flow, flexible basket, this one supported by a rigid ring, preferentially manufactured in plastic. The basket is manufactured in thin mesh network, being possible retaining threads and residues of much reduced dimensions. |
