PURPOSE: A pedometer hula hoop is provided to enable a user to save water during taking a shower and increase interest with freshness and particularity. CONSTITUTION: A pedometer hula hoop comprises a shower(10) and a flow-rate control valve(20). The shower is formed from aluminum in a circle shape. The flow-rate control valve is connected to the shower. The flow-rate control valve is formed as a screw-type valve. The flow-rate control valve is located on the contact part of a shower hose with the shower.
