PURPOSE: A cushion member for driving a pile and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a pile from being broken due to the striking force of a hammer. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a cushion member for driving a pile is as follows. Ropes are formed by twisting fibers(10). Mats are formed by weaving the ropes(20). A plate is formed by piling up the mats and fixing the piled mats(30). A cushion member is formed by cutting the plate in a desired size(40).
