<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light emitting display device. <P>SOLUTION: The organic light emitting display device includes: a first substrate on which a transmitting region and a plurality of pixel regions are defined; a plurality of thin film transistors formed on the first substrate and located in each pixel region; a passivation film covering the plurality of thin film transistors; a plurality of pixel electrodes formed on the passivation film to be electrically connected to each thin film transistor, and being located in the pixel regions so as to overlap each thin film transistor; an opposite electrode facing the plurality of pixel electrodes and located in the transmitting region and the pixel regions; an organic light emitting layer disposed between the pixel electrode and the opposite electrode to emit light; a second substrate located so as to face the opposite electrode and being joined to the substrate; a first conductive unit formed of a conductive material, disposed between the second substrate and the opposite electrode, having both ends of the first conductive unit contacting the second substrate and the opposite electrode; and a second conductive unit formed of a conductive material, facing the first conductive unit via the opposite electrode and contacting the opposite electrode. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
