<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a manager to easily grasp a category of work performed by employees using an application. <P>SOLUTION: An information analysis device includes, for example, input means, analysis means, and output means. The input means inputs operation history in which a name of an application program operating on a terminal device and a user operation man-hour to an input device of the terminal device during operation of the application program are recorded. The analysis means performs analysis of the user operation man-hour from the operation history input by the input means and classifies a utilization situation of the application program into a plurality of work categories.
