<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power grid monitoring and control system which permits summary telemetry to be used directly as input when estimating the state of a power grid. <P>SOLUTION: A method has been introduced which, when state estimation calculations are carried out after creating a partial differential matrix by partial-differentiating a Lagrange function for minimizing the objective function, each element of the partial differential matrix relating to the summary telemetry where a sum total of plural branches is input as an observed value out of the observed values of a telemeter are described and so calculated using a sum of partial differentiations by a quantity of the state of all nodes at both ends of each of the plural branches associated with the summary telemetry. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
