<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for installing a pressure loss adjustment member with which a number of pressure loss adjustment members can be easily attached to desired positions in a nuclear reactor. <P>SOLUTION: An installation apparatus 70 used at a time of assembling a nuclear reactor includes adjustment member gripping portions 80 and a frame 71. Each of the adjustment member gripping portions 80 is arranged at a position between each of lower nozzles arranged on one end of fuel assembly and a lower core plate, the position being where a pressure loss is relatively small when light water used as a coolant flows therethrough. The adjustment member gripping portions 80 is also capable of freely grasping and releasing pressure loss adjustment members which make the pressure loss of the light water passing therethrough larger than in a case when the light water flows only through core plate communication holes formed on the lower core plate. The frame 71 holds numbers of the adjustment member gripping portions 80 arranged in the same positional relationship as a relative positional relationship between the fuel assemblies arranged in large numbers on the lower core plate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
