<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a label sticking apparatus capable of simply changing the number of nozzles for sucking without causing troubles, holding and sticking a label in accordance with the size of the label to be issued, and capable of stably sticking the label. <P>SOLUTION: In the label sticking apparatus for sucking and holding the label issued by a holding part 25 provided on a label sticking part, and sticking the label sucked and held on a commodity, the label sticking part includes: a vent hole member 24 having a plurality of vent holes 24a; and the holding part 25 having a plurality of the vent holes 25a on a face corresponding to the tip surface of the vent hole member.
