<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a steam recovering device, which can stably detect the water level of a water tank, a cooking tool equipped with this steam recovering device, and a water level sensing device which can be applied to this steam recovering device or cooking tool. <P>SOLUTION: The steam recovering device includes: water level detection part (an upper limit water level detection part 8, a water level judging means 13), which detects the water level of the water tank 7 by contrasting luminous energy, in which light emitted from an emission part for water level detection reaches a light-receiving part for water level detection through the water tank 7, and a water level judging threshold value which is beforehand defined; and a water dirt detection part (a water dirt detection part 21, a water dirt judging means 22), which detects the dirt degree of water stored in the water tank by contrasting luminous energy, in which light emitted from the emission part reaches the light-receiving part through the water tank, and a reference value, which is beforehand defined. The light-receiving amount or the water level judging threshold value of the light-receiving part for water level detection, which the water level detection part uses for water level detection, are adjusted based on the dirt degree of the water of the water tank, which the water dirt detection part detects. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
