<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic electrode unit attempting the miniaturization and cost reduction, capable of assembling with high accuracy without spending time, and excellent in handleability, and to provide an electrolytic water generator using the same. <P>SOLUTION: In the electrolytic electrode unit A, a conductive diamond film 2 is deposited on a plate surface of an anode side substrate 1, and an ion exchange sheet 3 and a cathode-side electrode plate 4 are deposited on the conductive diamond film 2 in this order. A sheet-side water passage hole 5 of the ion exchange sheet 3 and a cathode-side water passage hole 6 of the cathode-side electrode plate 4 are provided to communicate with each other.
