PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor that can correspond to various specifications with ease.

SOLUTION: A rotor 20 is configured so that a plurality of magnets 23 of one magnetic pole are arranged in a circumferential direction of a rotor core 22, salient poles 22b provided to the rotor core 22 are arranged between the respective magnets 23 with air gaps K, and that the salient poles 22b function as the other magnetic poles. The salient poles 22b are formed to salient pole members 24 molded independently of the rotor core 22 and fixed to the rotor core 22.
