<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ram up/down actuation device capable of preventing pressure in upper and lower spaces of a male screw member for vertically moving a ram from becoming high and negative to cause heavy load. <P>SOLUTION: In the ram up/down actuation device where the male screw member 13 for vertically moving the ram 5 with an upper die and a lower die is vertically freely screwed to an inside of a female screw member 11 fixed to a frame 1 in a press, the upper space 25 and the lower space 29 formed at the upper and lower parts of the screw part of the male screw member 13 are surrounded by the inner circumferential surface of the female screw member 11 and connected through a bypass passage 31. An oil reservoir recess 33 is included at the upper surface of the female screw member 11, and the bypass passage 31 is connected with the upper surface of the female screw member 11 where the oil reservoir recess 33 is avoided or the upper part of the inner circumferential surface of the female screw member 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
