<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state image sensing device capable of accurately suppressing an adverse effect caused by noise. <P>SOLUTION: A solid-state image sensing device 100 comprises: plural pixels 3 arranged in a matrix; vertical transfer lines 4 that each are provided correspondingly to each of columns of the plural pixels 3 and that each vertically transfer pixel signals from the pixels 3 in the corresponding column; a holding circuit 5 that holds the pixel signals transferred via the vertical transfer lines 4; a horizontal transfer line 8 that horizontally transfer the pixel signals held by the holding circuit 5; a dummy horizontal line 9 that is disposed adjacent to the horizontal transfer line 8 in substantially parallel thereto and has a length substantially identical to that of the horizontal transfer line 8, and that detects noise; and a signal processing circuit 16 that performs digital signal processing. The signal processing circuit 16 performs noise canceling on the pixel signals transferred via the horizontal transfer line 8 on the basis of the noise detected by the dummy horizontal line 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
