<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid body imaging device capable of suppressing depletion, variations in dark time output, and element changes due to fluctuations of a pixel signal, in addition to the deterioration in sensitivity. <P>SOLUTION: A solid body imaging device comprises: a first light receiving layer including a first storage portion 21 storing electrons produced in a first semiconductor layer 24, a second diffusing layer 23 which is in an electrically floating state, and a first reading electrode 22; a circuit layer 70 equipped with a second semiconductor layer 71, provided on the second semiconductor layer, and including a circuit; and a first electrode CP2 connecting the first reading electrode or the second diffusing layer to the circuit while penetrating the second semiconductor layer. The first electrode is successively coated by an interior insulator film 100, an exterior conductive film 101, and an exterior insulator film 102 in the second semiconductor layer, and the potential of the exterior conductive film is fixed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
