<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide coil part manufacturing apparatus and method that can carry and deliver a coil part with neither detaching a cylindrical core from a base plate nor damaging the base plate. <P>SOLUTION: In a coil part holding step, an air cylinder 50 is driven to move a part holding pin 31 upwardly and insert the part holding pin 31 into a pin through hole 10a. When the end portion in the + direction of Z-axis of the part holding pin 31 reaches to a position where a coil part 1001 can be adsorbed by a magnet 31B, a control device drives the air cylinder 25 to move a slide rod 14 and a movable pawl 12-1 in the + direction of x-axis, and separate the movable pawl 12-1 from a fixed pawl 11 at the same time. Accordingly, a base plate 1030 sandwiched by the fixed pawl 11 and the movable pawl 12-1 is released. Furthermore, the part holding pin 31 is moved in the + direction of the Z-axis, and the magnet 31B is brought into contact with the lower surface of the base plate 1030 and made to adsorb the coil part 1001. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
