<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dissolution apparatus for supplying an inorganic compound or the like which is compact and inexpensive without requiring an electric circuit, and to provide a water heater provided with the dissolution apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The dissolution apparatus includes: a water circuit 15; a storage unit 12 for storing an inorganic compound 11 which is powder or granule, or a mixture of powder and granule; and a filtering unit 13. In the dissolution apparatus, the inorganic compound 11 stored in the storage unit 12 is dissolved into water running through the water circuit 15 and the dissolved inorganic compound 11 passes through the filtering unit 13. Accordingly, an inorganic compound may be dissolved into water on the basis of the principle of substance diffusion (Fick's laws) that a substance moves by a dissolved concentration difference between the water and the inorganic compound. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
