<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for injection capable of enhancing efficacy by increasing a concentration of a medicinal product at an injection site while reducing toxicity. <P>SOLUTION: The composition for injection comprises an injection medicinal product and a gel component consisting of sodium hyaluronate. Specifically, the gel component is sodium hyaluronate of animal or plant origin, and a part or the whole of the sodium hyaluronate may be cross-linked.
