摘要 Automated packing station (86) for the automated loading of load carriers (78) with piece goods (54) which, in a loaded state of the load carrier (78), form a stack (56) on the latter, and for the automated wrapping (84) of the stack (56) with a film, having: a packing robot (88) which loads the load carrier (78) at a fixedly predefined packing position (80) with piece goods (54) which are preferably fed to the packing robot (88) via a piece-good conveying system (94), and which packing robot (88) acts during the loading within an action space (92) which has to be free from other objects (70), in order not to disrupt automatic loading movements of the packing robot (88); and a rotational-arm winding device (10) which has a frame (12) which is suitable for absorbing forces which occur during the wrapping (84) of the stack (56) with the film and for forwarding the forces into a surrounding area (60) of the packing station (86), and on which frame (12) a driven rotational arm (20) is mounted rotatably (28) in such a way that a winding arm (46) which is connected rotatably to the rotational arm (20) and can be adjusted vertically on a rotational mast (44) rotates on a circular path in an adjustable-height manner (48) around the stack (56) which remains on the fixedly predefined packing position (80) after loading has finished; wherein the rotational-arm winding device (10) is mounted such that it can be moved between a rest position (76) outside the action space (92) and a winding position (62) within the action space (92).
