摘要 <p>Method for diagnosing Alzheimer's disease using a phototransistor, involves (a) placing the phototransistor capable of sensing difference in level of photocurrents with respect to intensity of incident light, where the phototransistor comprises a channel layer, (b) fixing cells (300) on surface of the channel layer, and (c) sensing a difference of the photocurrents induced by the cells fixed on the channel layer to diagnose Alzheimer's disease. Method for diagnosing Alzheimer's disease using a phototransistor, involves (a) placing the phototransistor capable of sensing difference in level of photocurrents with respect to the intensity of incident light, where the phototransistor comprises a channel layer, (b) fixing cells (300) on surface of the channel layer, and (c) sensing a difference of the photocurrents induced by the cells fixed on the channel layer to diagnose Alzheimer's disease, where each of the cells contains a protein biomarker which is causative of Alzheimer's disease, the protein biomarker is labeled with a magnetic bead associated with a multi-protein, and the labeling is performed through selective binding of the multi-protein to the protein biomarker.</p>
