The device has screw bolts (9, 10) interconnecting a nut plate (2) and a soffit plate (4) on rear sides by attaching brackets (5, 6). One of the brackets is form-fit connected with the nut and soffit plates. A leg (14) of another bracket includes a linear guide (15) with a guide track transverse to a longitudinal axis of the leg on a side, which faces towards the soffit plate. A guide element engages in the linear guide. The guide element is fastened at the soffit plate and extends in a longitudinal direction.
