The present invention relates to a method for obtaining dealcoholised wine characterised in that said method includes the following steps: (a) dearomatising at least one variety of wine by vacuum evaporation in a column of rotary cones, resulting in at least one aromatic fraction and at least one dearomatised wine fraction; (b) extracting the alcohol from the dearomatised wine obtained in step (a) at a temperature no greater than 30ºC, resulting in at least one dealcoholised wine fraction and at least one alcohol fraction. Likewise, the present invention relates to a dealcoholised wine which can be obtained using the above method, as well as to a beverage characterised by including said dealcoholised wine.
