<p>PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for calibrating dampers are provided to effectively test an opening angle using both a pressure transmitter test function and an output pressure test function simultaneously according to actual damper air pressure. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for calibrating dampers comprises a hydraulic regulator, a first pressure transmitter, a second pressure transmitter(130), a controller, and a display unit. The hydraulic regulator sets a hydraulic regulator setting value that a damper outputs corresponding to an input hydraulic value inputted to the damper. The first pressure transmitter creates a first current value corresponding to the input hydraulic value. The second pressure transmitter creates a second current value corresponding to an actual output hydraulic value of the damper according to the damper opening. The controller evaluates the abnormalities of damper opening by comparing a hydraulic regulator setting current value corresponding to the hydraulic regulator setting value with an actual output current value of the damper. The display unit indicates the input hydraulic value to the first pressure transmitter, the input hydraulic value to the second pressure transmitter, the first current value, the second current value, and the hydraulic regulator setting current value.</p> |
