A movable contact device for a circuit breaker includes a movable contact body (1) and a conductive contact (2). The movable contact body (1) is a sheet structure, which has a hole in the middle for allowing a shaft to pass through. The front end of the movable contact body (1) is connected with the conductive contact (2). The resistivity of the conductive contact (2) is lower than that of the movable contact body (1). The strength of the movable contact body (1) is greater than that of the conductive contact (2), thereby reducing the switching performance degradation caused by the deformation of the movable contact device. Non-ferrous metal material is not used for the movable contact body (1), thus saving the production cost.
