PURPOSE: An image texture enhancing device by bandwidth spatial modulation and a method of the same are provided to improving a quality of image texture by modulating components of an image. CONSTITUTION: A frequency divider(110) divides an input image into a low frequency component and a high frequency component. A low frequency modulator(120) modulates a low frequency component of the divided input image by dithering. A high frequency modulator(130) modulates a high component of the input image by sampling. A frequency composition unit(140) synthesizes the low frequency component and the high frequency component.
