PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rectifying element with less voltage drop and suppress the manufacturing cost of a converter circuit.

SOLUTION: A photoelectric conversion device comprises a photoelectric conversion element and a converter circuit including a switching element and a rectifying element for boosting or bucking the output of the photoelectric conversion element. The switching element is a first oxide semiconductor transistor of normally off type, and the rectifying element is a second oxide semiconductor transistor of normally on type which is connected to a diode.
