<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method capable of highly-accurate positioning with a simple process in manufacturing of a lamination element by a lamination simultaneous firing process. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a lamination element comprises: forming a dielectric sheet 10 with an electrode by depositing a dielectric layer 12 on one side of a metal electrode sheet 11; using the two dielectric sheets 10 with the electrodes, holding the dielectric layers 12 between the two dielectric sheets 10 in a state of folding each of the two dielectric sheets 10 so that each of the dielectric layers 12 is in inner side, overlapping the two sheets 10 alternately, and forming a lamination body in which a part of each of the electrodes sheets 11 is a pair of external electrodes; and welding, with pressure, the dielectric sheets 10 with the electrodes alternately overlapped by pressurizing the lamination body in a direction substantially parallel to the lamination direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
