<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infusible beverage product which contains fruit pieces and is free from coagulation problem. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a process for the manufacture of the infusible beverage product, which includes: (a) a step to provide plant material particles of <1.5 mm in diameter and dry fruit pieces; (b) a step of mixing the plant material particles with the fruit pieces; and (c) a step of mixing the plant material and the fruit pieces with additional infusible beverage product ingredients. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
