<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent locking due to a contact projection of a relay 74 and to prolong the life of the relay 74. <P>SOLUTION: A control portion 130 has a function for outputting a relay control signal which ON/OFF-controls a contact point of a relay 74 and a motor control signal controlling a drum motor 142 driven by power supplied when the electromagnetic relay 74 is turned on. The drum motor 142 is driven by power supplied when the electromagnetic relay 74 is turned on. When the relay 74 is turned on, the drum motor 142 is controlled so that it is not operated. When the relay 74 is turned off, the drum motor 142 is controlled to be operated.
