<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceiling panel, an air conditioning unit and an air conditioning system hardly giving a feeling of pressure as the ceiling panel is seen thin when its circumference is looked up from an oblique position, although the ceiling panel is suspended as if an island from the ceiling side. <P>SOLUTION: This air conditioning unit 11 hung from a ceiling-side slab 5, includes a heat medium type panel 20 having a plurality of sound absorbing holes (through holes) 20a, a pneumatic panel 30 having a plurality of vent holes (through holes) 30a, a pipe 21 disposed at a back side of the heat medium-type panel 20 to allow a supplied heat medium to circulate therein, and a chamber 31 disposed at a back side of the pneumatic panel 30 so that the temperature-controlled air is introduced therein, and the air is discharged to an indoor side through the plurality of vent holes 30a.
