<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulley which has a simple configuration and further reliably prevents infiltration of water and dust into a rolling bearing. <P>SOLUTION: An outer ring 8 of a ball bearing 7 is fitted into a cylindrical boss part 2 of a pulley body 5 and an annular first dust cover 11 is fitted to a surface side of an inner ring 9. An axial-direction height h1 of the boss part 2 is made higher than an axial-direction height h2 of the ball bearing 7 (h1>h2), the radial-direction inner side of the first dust cover 11 is attached to an inner peripheral surface 9a side of the inner ring 9 and an outer peripheral end of the first dust cover 11 is extended to near an inner peripheral surface 2a of the boss part 2.
