<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact combustion type screw fastener capable of securing a suitable screw fastening state. <P>SOLUTION: The combustion type screw fastener includes a hitting mechanism for applying a hitting force to a screw and a rotation adding mechanism for applying a rotational force to the screw. The hitting mechanism includes a cylinder having a first cylinder room to accommodate a first piston having a bit, a combustion chamber frame and a cylinder head capable of forming a combustion chamber with the cylinder, a first rotatable fan disposed in the cylinder head to face the combustion chamber, and a driving control device for controlling rotational driving of the first fan. The driving control device rotates the first fan during suction into or exhaust from the combustion chamber and stops the first fan during mixed gas generation in the combustion chamber and generation of disturbance flows during combustion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
