<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of roofing materials which facilitates construction. <P>SOLUTION: A locking part 5 projecting toward the surface side of a roofing material body 1 is provided at the upstream side end of the almost flat-shaped roofing material body 1, and a locked part 4 projecting toward the rear face side of the roofing material body 1 is provided at the downstream side end of the roofing material body 1. The locking part 5 and the locked part 4 forms a roofing material A. Among the adjacent roofing materials A, A in a water flow direction, the locked part 4 of the upstream roofing material A is locked to the locking part 5 of the downstream roofing material A. Among the adjacent roofing materials A, A in the direction orthogonal to the water flow direction, the side end of one roofing material body 1 overlaps and is connected to another roofing material body 1.
