<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing roasted food which prevents clogging of a blowout duct with food gravy or the like, and capable of preventing uneven roasting of the foods. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus includes heating means 8 generating a high temperature gas, suction means 16 sucking the high temperature gas output from the heating means 8, ventilation means 16 ventilating the high temperature gas sucked with the sucking means 16 to blow against foods 6 to heat, and the blow down-ducts 10 having plural ventilation holes 9b positioned on both sides in the transfer direction of a conveying passage 5, positioned on the outer sides than the conveying passage 5 and along the transfer direction, and blow out the high temperature gas from the ventilation means 16 all over the width direction of the conveying passage 5 perpendicular to the conveying direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
