<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a spectroscope apparatus capable of normally analyzing an optical spectrum by having a defective PD information storage section store defective PD information and having an arithmetic section specify a defective photodiode based on the defective PD information to detect the optical spectrum of light being measured, based solely on electric signal data of effective photodiodes. <P>SOLUTION: The spectroscope apparatus includes: a spectroscope for splitting light to be measured into wavelengths; an array type optical detector for converting optical power of the light of each of the wavelengths splitted into electric signal data by the plurality of arranged photodiodes; and the arithmetic section for detecting the optical spectrum of the light to be measured from the electric signal data. The spectroscope apparatus also has: the defective PD information storage section for storing the defective PD information specifying the defective photodiode among the photodiodes; and the arithmetic section for specifying the defective photodiode based on the defective PD information and detecting the optical spectrum of the light to be measured based solely on the electric signal data of the effective photodiodes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
