<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the flow-down speed of a Pachinko game ball in a ball passage. <P>SOLUTION: A left normal winning device 400 includes: a lower decorative member 402 arranged by engagement with a lower decorative through-opening 42c opened in a board body 42; and a passage constituent member 420 positioned on the rear side of the lower decorative member 402 and arranged in a rear unit 50.
