The present invention relates to a method for screening for a TGase2 inhibitor or a TGase promoter in cells or in vitro, comprising a step of enabling transglutaminase 2 (TGase2) and an activity-regulating candidate for TGase2 to react with Von Hippel-Lindau (VHL), and measuring the change in the level of VHL or a VHL/TGase2 polymer, caused by the candidate, in the reaction product. The TGase2 inhibitor obtained by the method for screening for a TGase2 inhibitor or a TGase2 promoter according to the present invention can be used as an anticancer agent, and the TGase2 promoter obtained by the method can be used as an antiviral agent. Therefore, the TGase2 inhibitor or the TGase2 promoter obtained by the method of the present invention can be widely used in the development of more effective anticancer agents or antiviral agents. |
