The wall element has an airshaft including a projectile connecting device (14) in a bottom part (2) or a cover (3). Plaster boards (15) with air-tight wall ducts (21) for house technical installations e.g. electrical installations, sanitary installations and heating installations, are provided on a side, which faces towards a building wall. The plaster boards are attached on angular profile frames (13). Detachable front plates (18) are provided at a side facing towards a building interior for ensuring mounting of the house technical installations. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a ventilation and heat insulation shaft system (2) a method for manufacturing a ventilation and heat insulation shaft system.
