The thermo-active earth-contacted concrete component has a concrete body, heat transducer pipes (2) and a drain mass provided between concrete body and the heat transducer pipes. A concrete outer side concrete zone (4) has a longitudinal reinforcement layer (3) that is arranged in its inner side. The heat transducer pipes are placed at inner or outer side. An inner area (5) of a concrete component has thermally weakened concrete or conventional concrete. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing thermo-active earth-contacted concrete component.
