<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charger of a portable electronic apparatus for charging the portable electronic apparatus by a desired arrangement of either lateral or vertical arrangement and reducing an installation area in the vertical arrangement compared to the lateral arrangement. <P>SOLUTION: A charger includes: a holding body which has a first holding portion holding a portable electronic apparatus near one end portion in a longitudinal direction and a second holding portion holding the portable electronic apparatus near the other end portion in the longitudinal direction and is supported by an approximately horizontal installation face; coupling means coupling the first holding portion and the second holding portion so that they can mutually turn; engaging means including an engaged projection disposed in the first holding portion and an engaged piece which is arranged in the second holding portion and can be engaged with the engaged projection; and a connection portion for supplying power to the portable electronic apparatus held by the holding body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
