PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately adjust the position of a roll when attaching the roll to a device.

SOLUTION: The shaft-like member includes: a driven roll 82; a rotary shaft 93; an arm 100 which penetrates the rotary shaft 93; a slot 103 formed at the arm 100 and extending in the rotating direction of the rotary shaft 93; supports 102a and 102b provided at the arm 100 and rotatably supporting the driven roll 82 at a position separated from the rotary shaft 93 in the radial direction of the rotary shaft 93; a screw 104 configured so that a screw part 104b penetrates the slot 103 to be screwed in a screw hole 93a formed at the rotary shaft 93; and a washer 105 provided between the seat surface of the head 104a of the screw 104 and the outer periphery of the arm 100.
