<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To build an appropriate water area waste disposal facility, to promote degradation and purification of landfill waste below water to facilitate the stabilization thereof and to allow operation without affecting the circumferential environment. <P>SOLUTION: An impervious wall 10 extending from the water surface to a hardly permeable ground at the water bottom is installed so as to surround a land fill area set within a water storage region, and a roof structure 12 is installed so as to cover over the whole landfill area, whereby a closed water area waste disposal facility in which inflow of water from the outside is suppressed is formed. The system includes a pump up means 20 for pumping stored water or retained water in the landfill area; a water treatment facility 22 which purifies the pumped water up to conformation to a drainage standard, and a sprinkling means 24 which sprinkles at least part of the purified water to the inside of the landfill area. According to this, a flow of water circulating to pump up the stored water or retained water followed by purification and sprinkling is formed, whereby the landfill water is increasingly purified to promote the stabilization thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
