<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire in which partial wear resistance is enhanced by preventing a fall-down of blocks while wet performance is well-maintained. <P>SOLUTION: In a pneumatic tire in which a plurality of blocks 3 are partitioned with a plurality of circumferential grooves 1 and a plurality of lug grooves 2, on one wall face of a communicative part of the lug grooves 2 with the circumferential grooves 1, there are installed projections 4 protruding toward the other wall face. These projections 4 are designed to have an overhanging shape in which the projection width on the tread surface side is greater than the projection on the groove bottom side. Also, on the groove bottom on the other wall face side of the lug grooves 2, a bottom lowered part 5 is provided in which the groove depth is made greater than in other parts of the lug grooves 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
