<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a porous body made of metal powder on a base material, and to provide the porous body manufactured by the method. <P>SOLUTION: Aqueous solution obtained by dissolving, in water, water-soluble binder resin for fixing the metal powder is applied onto the base material by screen printing, then the metal powder is sprayed on the aqueous solution, and then it is heated, thereby forming a porous body made of the metal powder. The metal powder does not pass through gauze of screen printing, so that the porous body made of the metal powder having a grain size of 100 μm can be manufactured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
