<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas appliance discriminating system and a gas appliance discriminating method capable of improving discrimination precision of a gas appliance to be used. <P>SOLUTION: The gas appliance discriminating system 1 includes a watt-hour meter 40, a water meter 50, and a gas meter 60. The gas meter 60 includes a pressure sensor for outputting the signal corresponding to the gas pressure in a flow passage, and a flow rate sensor for outputting the signal corresponding to the gas flow rate in the flow passage. The watt-hour meter 40 and the water meter 50 detect the use of electric power and water supply. Further, the gas meter 60 discriminates the gas appliance 10 to be used from the vibration waveform to be obtained during a very short time from the time of change of the predetermined value of the signals output from the pressure sensor and the flow rate sensor, and the use timing of the electric power and the water supply detected by the watt-hour meter 40 and the water supply meter 50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
