<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of accurately suppressing surreptitious photographing in vehicles such as a train. <P>SOLUTION: A camera includes: an imaging element imaging an image of a subject which receives light via an imaging lens; and first determination means determining whether or not an imaging location is in a train. The camera further includes second determination means determining whether or not at least one of the following conditions is satisfied: a condition that a difference between the brightness at a position of the subject to be imaged and the brightness at a position of the imaging lens is larger than a preset threshold; a condition that a lighting circumstance in imaging the subject is not the lighting circumstance under a fluorescent lamp in the train; and a condition that the brightnesses at four corners of a picture to be imaged are lower than a preset brightness. The camera further includes surreptitious photographing countermeasure execution means performing a preset surreptitious photographing countermeasure, regarding surreptitious photographing to have been occurred, when both of the determination results of the first determination means and the second determination means are affirmative determination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
