<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire alarm provided with a compact and stable peripheral device for detecting smoke or heat generated in case of fire. <P>SOLUTION: The fire alarm provided with a peripheral device has a base to be attached to an installation plane and an alarm device main body detachably attached to base including a sensor for detecting a fire by detecting smoke or heat. A protruding portion for receiving the peripheral device is formed on an external portion of the alarm device main body so that the height of the protruding portion is lower than the height of a side face of the alarm device main body. The protruding portion for receiving the peripheral device is formed on an additional base separated from the base. The additional base is disposed so that the inner periphery of the additional base covers the outer periphery of the base, and is secured by being sandwiched between the installation plane and the alarm device main body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
