<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve image quality of an image to be recorded in electronic paper. <P>SOLUTION: An image recording apparatus includes a controller which selectively executes: image recording processing in electronic paper 100, which allows a recording section 10 to successively perform first operation for uniformly applying charge to an image carrier 20 by a charge application section 30, forming an electric field by an electric field formation section 50, conveying the electronic paper 100 by a conveyance member 60, and displaying a first color image, second operation for displaying a second color image and image display operation for displaying an image corresponding to a latent image on the electronic paper 100; and image recording processing in non-electronic paper 200 for forming a color image by allowing the recording section to successively perform operation for applying charge to the image carrier 20 by the charge application section 30 to form a latent image, visualizing the latent image as a toner image by a development part 42, forming an electric field between the charge application section 30 and the development part 42 by the electric field formation section 50, and transferring the toner image from the image carrier 20 to the non-electronic paper 200 conveyed by the conveyance member 60. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
