<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency of slide glass replacement. <P>SOLUTION: A single-piece tray 50 is provided with a supply tray 52 and a discharge tray 53 separately. In the supply tray 52, a long side length and a short side length of a holding space 52E are set substantially equal to a long side upper limit value and a short side upper limit value of a slide glass SG, thereby allowing an operator to immediately recognize that the size of the slide glass SG is beyond an allowable range when mounting the slide glass SG. In the discharge tray 53, a long side length and a short side length of a holding space 53D are set longer than the long side upper limit value and the short side upper limit value of the slide glass SG, thereby enabling the slide glass SG having a position shift or inclination to be properly discharged.
